Comments

When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, your IP address and your browser's user agent are collected to help us detect undesirable comments.

An anonymized string created from your e-mail address (also known as a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to verify your use of the service. Gravatar's privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been validated, your profile photo and username will be publicly visible alongside your comment.

Newsletters

Sharing information with third parties

Abacor uses user data (nominative or anonymous) to create statistical analyses for its own needs, but does not sell or transfer them to third parties.

Data storage

The physical location of the data collected is in France.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This makes it possible to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments, rather than leaving them in the moderation queue.

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information.

Manual CB exchange

Bank transfers and credit card payments are authorized for amounts from €1,100 to €4,000. We reserve the right to proceed with the transaction.

Send object

After each deposit of an item for appraisal, the customer has 14 days to return the goods. The cost of this return will be paid by bank transfer. Once this 14-day period has expired, we are entitled to dispose of the goods.
